Best double pumper carburator

I have a 670 cfm Holley Street Avenger carb, it works fine, although not a double pumper it does have daul feeds.

just got that carb for my 331 since it'd be running lots of 1/4 miles and still have some streetability

Street engines are far better off being slightly "under-carbed." You might lose 10-20 peak hp, but the overall upper rpm power band average stays similar, however the smaller carb will get much better mileage and throttle response, and run better at lower rpm. Carb's are NOT there to meter air going into the engine, they're there to meter fuel. They do that by signal, and smaller carbs make more signal. There is a point where going too small will hurt power everywhere by strangling it, but you basically can't buy a a 4bbl today that's that small, even for a stock 289.
