Default Street or Track modified Monte Carlo Bar. Thanks TonyR!

Well I have been wanting to put on a Monte Carlo bar for a long time but the blower gets in the way of everything. I finally gave up and purchased a bar from Street or Track that matches the export brace I made. The MC bar interferred so I cut a wedge in both ends and then TonyR tig welded it for me. About an hour with a grinder, sander and polishing wheel it was done. Thanks Tony!!!!!

Looks great Darreld. You can't even tell it was welded. Are those the "big bucks" hood hinges?

I hate to admit it but they are the Ring Brothers hinges. They are real nice but not the cheapest around.

Darreld, that looks great! You and TonyR do great work.

Your car is the model when I get around to my 67 convertible.

Looks great under that hood! I'm all for customizing things, especially when they come out as nice as your MC bar! Awesome job!

Thanks guys! It gives me great satisfaction to cut up perfectly good parts and put them together so that they are even better.

Better for me that is........

That looks great. I am glad that you were able to hide my ugly welds. Any time you want me to practice on your car let me know
