Default Any latch hook experts out there?

OK, you big studs. Since I got my 65 project car, now my wife wants a matching latch hook to work on. For those who don't know what this is (I didn't a few years ago!) it's a plastic mat you hook yarn into and form what looks like a door mat with whatever pattern is chosen when finished. I'm sure someone here has a significant other or might even be personally into this that might know a source. I've had no luck finding anything for my wife so far.

uhhhhh..........I think you just lost some serious man points by asking that question.

Try Joanns craft store. And now I'll go turn all my man points in for knowing that.........

Hey, I've got a wife AND cool cars! Who do you think pulled the interior out of it?? For the man points lost here, they'll be made up on my end should I find her what she wants. It's all good!

First- If he was asking for the latch hook for himself he would lose points.

Second- After walking past my car in the garage for three years my wife and two daughters:
Could probably tell you what color it is without looking at it
Probably tell you it's a 60 something
Have never taken a ride in it
And just don't understand it

More power to KMatch and anyone else out who has a wife who gets it. My wife doesn't complain about the money at least. And my youngest daughter thinks the car is cool and loves to go for rides with me and her friends in it.

Don't listen to them brother , you have a cool wife who loves mustangs and that's worth a million bucks right there . I will say that if you don't find it , go to michael's crafts or pearl's and buy the materials and find one of those old school taylor spanish girls from south america and they will custom build one for you on the cheap , those girls learned to sew by hand and eye and they can fabricate anything related to fabrics.Good luck !!

Thumbs up lucky man

You didnt lose any points ..in fact you are a lucky man to have a wife so interested in your car.I have seen marriages fall apart over these cars and the time we spend with them.Count yourself lucky to have her wanting to be involved!!!!

try any craft or needlework store

That's exactly my point , anything she wants , you give it to her ; even if it's pink colored tools,a flowery jumper to work on the shop or designer mechanic gloves. She's a keeper.Have fun!!!
