The 40 series is a little louder. The Super 40 series is deeper and not as loud. I have the 40 series on my 65 and it sounds awesome. I put a Super 40 on my F150 and like how it sounds too. The truck had a 40 on it for years but finally needed a new one. It sounds more like a truck now. Also, if you like how the 40 series sounds but want to reduce interior resonance you can get delta flow 40 series.

The super 40 case is slightly larger.

The Flowmaster 50 is also a nice option to quiet the interior noise down, especially if you have headers. I went the Flowmaster 50 route on my Bronco. With my Mustang it is 3" dual exhaust with Flowmaster 40s from the headers back and it is loud and mean!

I am using the 50's as well. Nice sound but you can actually talk with passengers when you are driving in the car.

How are these? Cause Im about to buy a pair. Im getting a deal. I bought a set of Hooker headers, and they are running a promotion. If you buy a set of headers you can buy a pair of Aerochambers for $75. Its a pretty good deal so Im gunna go for it.
