What is this? CJ fuel line?
 

Trying to figure out what exactly this is. I have only seen them on Cobra Jet. Is it a fuel line or emmision control?

I am not sure. Someone else should know. If I had to guess, I would say the fuel line to the carb.

It's hard to tell from that picture, but that looks like a dual fuel inlet with banjo fittings like you would use if you needed the clearance for a low profile air cleaner.
