Default 1970 Mustang Hardtop 302 2v

How much would a 1970 Mustang Hardtop with the 302 2v 3-speed automatic be worth. Has very little surface rust on the body. Frame looks good and appears to have no damage. Complete interior in good condition. I'm looking to buy the below mustang.

Ad from seller "1970 Mustang with a 302 V-8 and automatic transmission. 98k on the odometer. The cars starts up and runs fine. The body is solid and needs very little work to be a nice beautiful car. The seats and carpet are in good shape. Some work needs to be done in the dash area including work with the A/C controls and stereo system. The headliner is also ripped over the rear seats. This is a good car for a small project."

Are you being serious or are these models not worth much?

Thanks guys! Sounds like a deal for me then. Too bad I couldn't find the fastback I've been looking for due to how outrages they go for in "poor" condition.
