Default 65 or 66 or 67 what should I

I am going to be buying an old beat up mustang come this spring and I am going to fully restore it myself. The thinkg I can decide is what year I should do... I love the 65 66 and 67. If there is someone in this forum that can help me decide, please do. Does anyone know the major and or minors differences there are between these years?

Thanks for the help in advance

There all good years the 67 comes with a dual master cylinder where the 65&66 have a signal master cylinder. The dual is much safer. The 67 is a little bigger and has more room for taller drivers. I myself like the styling of the 67 better but many like the 65-66 because it is the orginal body style. The 65-66 gt mustangs are nice cars other than that I would go for the 67 fastback is the best choice
