Hey guys just wondering what you recommend to use to lube up the poly bushings before installing the rest of my suspension?

Also what is the procedure? just grease and install or do I need to let it sit?

On my sway bar I did today I just put on some silicone grease from NAPA and no squeaks now. I just smeared a good layer of grease on the inside, bolted it down, then wiped away the excess.

Try google too, there might be other sites that have info on grease for poly bushings

I have a tube of Ford D7AZ-19A331-A, which does all sorts of things very well.

Dielectric grease works great.

I second the dielectric grease, picked up a ~$5-6 big tube at O'Reilly's since the small tubes that came with my Energy bushings wasn't enough. Feels (sticky), smells and looks the same as the stuff that came with the bushings. I couldn't find the chemical content of either to verify but they appear to be the same substance. I lubed my rear leaf bushings liberally and haven't had a squeek in >9mos. of use.
