Slipping clutch

So I'm going down the road the other day and I step on the gas, the RPM's go up but not my speed. My clutch is slipping. Is it possible to adjust the clutch or is it time for a new one? It's hydrualic on a T5, and the pedal is almost completely out before the car starts moving. Is it possible the PO set too much pre-load?

Slowly getting the bugs worked.....

new clutch... and not likely about too much pre-load unless it only has a few thousand on it then it could be some other issue...how many miles?

I don't know how many miles. I got the car from a co-worker who had it for a few years but never drove it. I know between the two of us it's been driven less than 1,000. But who knows how many miles by the guy that originally built it.
