Default stock balancer oz. for a 289

is the stock balancer oz for a 65 289 28oz? the engine is coming out of an auto and is going into a car with a stick and i need a new flywheel. also which pilot bearing should i get to mate it with a t5 in a fox?

Yes, the 289 is a 28oz balancer. The pilot bearing I went with is the Ram roller. When I went from the 289 to the 351W, it was also the same and I did convert to a T-5.
