opinions wanted
I am going to replace my valve covers and figured this would be a good time to add some new looms to organize my plug wires better at the same time.
Any opinions on which style (see two links below) might look better? Not saying these exact ones but the links are to give you an idea.

there's two basic ways to route the wires.
One is 4 each to valve cover center and use the ford racing style to distribute from there
the other is go around the valve covers and so they plug in from front to back. This I find looks a bit cleaner, but for that you'll need cut to fit wiring.
To hold them up there's two different ways. Either the bracket you showed or just simply the ones where you have 4 clips, 3 clips, 2clips ...

I'm tempted to go with this style

Just not sure they would look that much better at roughly 5 x's the cost

I've seen cars with the option #1 holders. I think that looks nice and clean. I considered doing that, but couldn't find a set for less than $90. I like them, but not that much. For the price you found, I would have gone that route..
I put Ford Racing valve covers and a Ford Racing air cleaner on my Mustang. For that reason, I like your option #2 also. I think I'll get a set of these. Here's how mine looks now:

I have the first style on my truck and the other style on the Mustang. The first ones are definitely cleaner and they look really nice but they are expensive. The Ford Racing ones work fine, just depends on how fancy you want 'em. I got the ones for my truck at O'reilly for around $60 but you will need to custom fit your wires. I'll try to get some pics up later.
