The way I see it, if you're not worried about knocking fillings loose, or don't need a disclaimer that people with back problems can not ride in your car....it's too soft. I'm one of those atuox/open track(though no money now to do it) and up and walk away from everything in a corner on the street.

Be realistic about how you intend to use the car and drive it, and make spring/shock selection based on that.
