QA1 actually makes a Tbar that will bolt right up to the upper control arms. All you would have to fabricate is the upper mount. I think I may go that route. I figure I can get it all done for ~$450 or so. suppost to be better geometry to attach it to the lower control arm though

Yes. The idea is that you get more leverage on the suspension, so you can use a lighter spring without sacrificing handling. It also has something to do with the suspension travel vs shock travel, I think.

Personally, I like Street or Track's new kit. Better than TCP's setup, and it comes with custom-valved Bilsteins to boot.
