Default 1968 Coupe Seatbelt question

I've got a 1968 coupe with bucket seats and lap belts. I have buckets from a 1990 that I want to swap in and I'm wondering what I should do about seat belts. Is it better to go with a 3-point design? How much modification is needed installation wise? Should I go with some sort of racing harness? Are there any designs that don't require me to add a roll bar?

If your car was built after March (i believe) you should have a mounting point under the headlined above the back quarter window. for the 3rd mounting point (the re-tractor) i had to weld in the mounting bracket just in front of the rear seats at the floor board. Worked like a charm.
