Default Late model rear into 65 - 66?

Anyone put a very late model rearend into a 65 - 66? I'm looking to shorten the rearend for full tubs anyway, so any mods to the rear will be expected.

I'm saying late model, to be able to use the rear brakes,...?

If you're going full tubs for the pro street look of the 80's, might as well spec out a 9".

9 inch was used in the pickups tell like 97 i think. But it depends what brakes you want to use,Because some aftermarket kits only fit the torino big bearing.Talk to http://www.quickperformance.com/index.htm they can make you a rear end any size or buy a bare housing and cut it to size.
