Car won't crank then when does won't stop?
I'm starting to get a little frustrated is the night before a car show i was planning on attending and I get in the car and turn the key and nothing happens. Not even a click. I check and radio or dome light, headlights nothing working. Hook some jumper cables up to it and the starter sounds like its spinning and not stopping the belt is turning fast but doesn't sound like the motor is actually running. So i'm hearing a starter and belt but no exhaust note or anything. Then when I turn the key off and take it out the car is still going. Need help please and thank you.
Really wanting to figure it out before noon tomorrow if possible. Friend said sounded like an electrical problem but i have no idea where to start looking.

When a solenoid is subjected to a low voltage/low amp situation it can arc weld itself in the start position. As 2+2 said a sharp blow will usually dislodge it.
IMO the solenoid is a symptom of another issue, maybe just a dead battery or maybe bad battery cables.
The car not firing does not exactly fit this scenario, unless you turned the ignition off before the car started... (even this would depend on some variables though...)
Fix the cranking issues first, (check battery, cables, solenoid), then if needed the firing issues can be addressed.

Did you find the problem of why it was doing that cuz my starter solenoid keeps welding itself to the ground Outlet. Now I'm trying to figure out why and PCM NO Communications now but I know it's got to be the reason why my solenoid is running itself is why my PCM has no communication to the short somewhere.

If your battery was really dead, then you probably have a problem with the regulator. One set of contacts disconnects the alternator from the battery when the ignition is off. These can weld shut so that the alternator tries to turn the engine and wears down the battery. This can also keep the power on even if you turn the key off. They are cheap so just replace it.
