I think I have found the culprit.
at least one of the gaskets on the carb is seeping.
it is better now that I have tightened everything.
the outside of the carburetor is damp (with gas) after driving.
I am just waiting to see if the gaskets soften up with gas going through daily.
(I am not sure if this is any chance, but I might as well see.

now I have this other fluid that is appearing at a bearing on the driveshaft.
I better check this one out

If its the transmission end then its the seal that goes around the drive shaft. The fluid is transmission fluid and should be red. I don't think its very hard to replace, you will need to drop the drive shaft though.

Fluid from the driveshaft was a one time thing apparently.
Just needed a little softening
