For those who haven't done it, cleaning and painting 1,000 oil pan bolts takes some time, new bolts go in real fast..... It is a time vs. $ thing, and since time = $.... well you get it right....
I probably don't really need the stainless ones, just usually prefer them. I won't be using the bolts that are in there. They are not the correct bolts anyway.

I definitely agree about having some type of locking mechanism. I've never heard of belville washers, but I have seen washers shaped like that before.

www.totallystainless.com will have every bolt you'll ever need and in many instances with the proper heads on them. Their grade 8 stainless bolts are for the most part ARP.
