choke tube, do i need it

Default choke tube, do i need it

ok previous post found out hole on manifold is for choke tube. I have an electric choke so do i need it and if not can i seal it up, and if so with what??? oh I have a new edelbrock carb not original

No sealing is required. Ignore it.

but what about the exhaust coming from the hole

Exhaust will not come out of the hole. It doesn't go into the exhaust chamber.
