Should be one screw holding the front on. Remove that then pop off gently. Depending on the quality of your paint job, I would resist using a flathead, consider using something less damaging. If you clips are intact then you will have to use a moderate level of force, but they will come off. Work from where you removed the screw to the end of the car that should give you enough play to work with.

mine doesnt want to stay on lol
one day i was going to the bank and in the parking lot i got out of the car, the back of my calf hit it and knocked it off. made a loud pinging sound, i was so embarassed.
