Default 69 mustang coupe help.

I have a 69 coupe I picked up to restore whatever way my heart takes me. I bought this car to tribute to my aging father hopefully while he is still alive. He had a 69 coupe he bought brand new in 69 with a 302 and 3 speed. It was blue interior on blue body with the faux hoodscoop with turnsignals. Him and my mother got married and took their honeymoon in this car, he had it for 18 years before selling due to remarrying after my mom passed away and his new wife hating it. His next favorite vehicle he had after that was one of those blue but really purple rangers. I thought about since this car is originally black on black, keeping the interior black but going with a like a wild violet color to create best of all. Problem I am having is that while there is plenty of parts out there, some things are impossible to find, like a center console, the original hood with the cut outs for the turn signals, etc. I do already have a 70 mustang 302 and a C-6 that both are getting re-done at some point. The car is plenty rusty due to be a northern car but for the price and being able to build it anyway I want, it is worth it. Does anyone know of places to find original used but original parts since some things are not re-produced yet?
