u should, before I was running an H-pipe so x-pipe will give me a totally new sound and feeling of the car.

right now we are playing with it, I don't want it to sit too low or to high but enough were it looks decent. ill let you know once I have it on the ground.

alright so some good news everything on the motor is being fitted. only thing that's left to replace are:

brake/fuel lines
front belt drive accessories
welding up the exhaust tips
breakin/tune motor
adjust the coil over height
wheel alignment

0) I noticed that you list a Ford 8-inch rear end under "future plans". I would strongly recommend that you instead plan on a 9-inch with at least 31-spline axles, especially with the added HP your stroker gave you, and especially if you plan on tracking the car.

1) I'm kinda surprised at your choice of wheels. I think Minilites would be more appropriate (and you can still get them new if you're wiling to pay the price).

2) You should look into changing to a QuickFuel carb. Much higher quality than Holley junk, and come with features Holley's don't have, such as an adjustable vacuum secondary.

BTW, nice car.

I never liked Minilites on coupes, I prefer them on Fastbacks I just feel like those wheels should go on those cars. I had 17x8 TT's, they were great lookin' wheels but I just didn't want to be some guy with the same wheel combo everyone has on their mustang.

I went with the fr500 wheel's because they reminded me of modern day retro Eleanor wheel.

I originally wanted to go with quick fuel but if this one fails, then I'll change it. I really want their 750cfm Billet version carb... rool:
