I was driving my 69 mach I and hit it to about 80 then came off the gas. As I came off the gas the headliner expanded like a lalloon and took a bit to get hte air out of it.

Now, I did seal the whole inside with the sticky sound barrier and then insulation with alumn. tape.

My vents under the dash were closed and the main windows were wide open.

Has anyone had this happen? Once I stopped, I had to do a little pressure bending on the strips on each side in one area to get it back in place. I have not taken a closer look though. It's an original headliner and I believe it may be time to replace it.

I guess now I have to do glass too.
