Default tko600 versus 164 tooth flywheel //Got a prolblem

Good day, I have just came up on a new prolblem, I have to thank mustang unlimited again for there stupidity and arrogance in selling me another part that they will say fit`s with no questions and have never had any trouble before, bull?????. this is what I got to deal whith now. I have a tko600 with t5 bellhousing and short input 26 spline input shaft. All this has to join a 164 tooth centerforce flywheel with centerforce clutch assembly. one prolblem the t5 bellhousing unlimited sold me will not fit over 164 tooth flywheel, it`s close but 158 tooth is probalbly correct application. I`m afraid it is abit to late for me to go that direction. I have a completly balanced unit/block at this point. I would appreciate any idea`s any one might have on this ......[:@][:@]

yeah, youve got a problem, you have an automatic transmission flywheel, you need the 157 tooth (it may be 158 but im refferring to the Toploader and T-5 trannies) you NEED that 157 (or 158) tooth flywheel!!!!

mustangs unlimited is good on there return policy. Send them an email, asking for a return, and they will send you a number, and ups will come take it for free.

Yeah I got a prolblem, summit sold me the 164 but it isn`t for no automatic , I have a 30lb centerforce flywheel for a 69 windsor block, had them on the phone today. they say correct application. as far as the 157 or 8 set up mustang plus stipulated that 164 tooth wouldn`t be an issue.

I wish I could agree with you on mustang plus but my history with them over the last 6 months has been pure crap, they got in over there head on what they where selling me, tko600 behind 69 windsor. they have no history, background with this setup and should not be obligating themselves. as far as there return policy they are still inot me for five hundred bucks on a previous sale, if you go to my earlier post you would get a good idea what mustang unlimited is all about.

I appreciate the correction, mustang unlimited is the main culprit here. Sooner or later they got to back up what they are selling. I am almost to the point of making a trip to there shop, about 7 hours one way for me. My atitude is bad now by the time I get to there end well someone is going to have a bad day.

Yeah I use to think that, still do I guess. I v been dealing with issue`s/unlimited for almost 5 months now. they have put me in the position where they could cost me alot of money. forget about the time involved. It could have been corrected by them easy I spent almost four thousand dollars in parts and they still disrespected me.
