Default TO HEader or Not to Header, That is the question

I am faced with a delima. I want to purchase a set of headers for my 66 Fastback (289) but as I read some of the discriptions it says if you have power steering, rack and pinion these will not fit.

The car does not have power steering or R/P now, but I do plan to put a R/P on it. I thought about the Ford Shorties, but now I am so confused. HELP! Any suggestions?
Thanks
Gary

HI Gary,
I think the factory hipo manifolds are cool. If they worked on a 289 to put out some 270plus HP then I think they might be worth looking at and you might not have the fit problems. IMO

Also, take a look at the JBA shorties.
