Default 1969 Mach 1 seat install/adjustment

Hey everyone. Does anyone know of a document on the Internet that might show how to install or adjust the front seats in a '69 Mach 1? I had new carpeting installed in my Mach 1 years ago by and upholstery shop (who also installed a new head liner). Ever since then I have not been able to move the seat adjustment back far enough to be comfortable. I'm pretty sure when the upholsterer took the seats out to install the carpet he did not put them back in the same way. Any one know where I might look to fix the problem? I just want to be able to slide my seat back further and am hoping there is an easy way to adjust the seat frame mounting to do this.
Thanks!

my guess is that the seat is getting stuck on the carpet. . this is common . . look and see. . pull your release handle 2/3rd of the way . . the seat should move . . if you need to pull it all the way to make the seat move, look underneath and you will see a cheesy looking, thin, 2" long square "nut" with open sides connected to two coat hangar looking wires going from one side of the track to the other . . this is the adjustment nut . . tighten it up around 1 full turn and try it . . it may need a tiny bit of wd40 . . there must be a little play/looseness on the wires.

Thanks barnett468 and Grabber Blu. I'll check both of your suggestions. Grabber Blu, I was not able to open the link for your NPD parts suggestion. Can you resend it and/or tell me what the NPD part number is? Thanks!
