68 Mustang crash... Fixable?

It doesn't look that serious to me.
There seems to be a buckle in the roof on the right side. That door post (Rt. A pillar) will need a little pulling on a frame machine.
Left side looks OK.
Would be a piece of cake for anybody with even moderate experience on a frame machine.
Front fender aprons and rad support will need replacing of course.
Good luck getting the insurance company to fork out the dough for OEM parts.
Unless you've been entering your car in shows and have some awards to show for it, it will be a tough sell.
If it's a daily driver the aftermarket stuff will work out fine.
We've been using it here at the shop for years with no real problems to speak of.
Sounds like you've done many mods to the car already, so having aftermarket sheet metal isn't going to really kill the value.
Half of the front end on my '66 is aftermarket.
Been to many shows with it and have yet to be called out on it.
Good luck, keep us updated.

Wow, 50%- glad you're getting the lawyer involved. Don't let them screw with you. Oh, and AFTER its all settled- change agents. When mine pissed me off he lost out on all my policies, two houses, camper, race trailer, race trailer #2, horse trailer, van, truck, mustang and extra shop policy. All went bye bye because he lowballed us on an accident in the van that was only a bout $3900 dollars damage. Too many good agents out there to mess with the bad ones.

the insurance company said they'll only pay 50% of the repair bill because i was 50% at fault which is bs because i didnt do anything so i went ahead and called a lawyer. hopefully i can get 9k for the repairs so i can send it to mustang medic in california. they said they can fix it
i have never heard that one before.

I have my 68 Mustang insured for $30,000. Have many photos of the restoration of it and the finished job to show how it looks now with about 800 miles on it.
God forbid if this ever happened to me, I would probably end up in jail. Because I would be out of the car wringing the persons neck. And if they did it while talking on a cell phone, they would be choking on it for sure...
If you really love your car, don't let them low ball you.Get it fixed correctly. Got to keep the old cars on the road !

sounds like they are trying to imply that you weren't paying atrention and could have stopped sooner or something if you were . . kinda hard for that to hold up in court but i guess you'll find out.
