built this beautiful car a couple years ago its time to UPGRADE motor and tranny ect.
The car sat in a shed for 18 years at my grandmothers house. Dragged it out of there. Towed it home and began working on it. 4 years later it's finally completed.
Its funny because the car I built has been completed for about two years now and I want to completely strip this 65 down and get some pro-touring in my life.
Now here is the issue I need advice on.
Im going to part it all out I think. with the exception of a couple things.
How much can I sell this complete engine and transmission for?
ill put up the specs when people start replying.
thanks

I'm such a gentleman, that if you're in Northern California... I'll take both off your hands. (For free of course).
On a more serious note, (unless you'll give me both and are located in nor cal) c-4's don't go for much. In the bay on Craigslist maybe a couple hundred? Some guy was selling a roller 302 and a c4 for $900. Was supposedly in good working order. But that was by SF I believe.

not enough info
has it been bored out?
if so how far?
are the pistons new?
was the crank turned?
do the heads have new guides?
new valves?
hard valve seats?
does it smoke when you first start it?
does it run hot?
any receipts?
can it be driven to test the trans and engine?
with the info you have provided the engine is worth around $250 and the trans is still $20.00.
