Can anyone help with this one. I'm having issues with the wipers on my 71 coupe. They will not park when you turn off the switch. I've replaced the switch, replaced the motor, put in a set of factory intermitents (switch & governor) and the situation remains the same everytime. Any insight would be appreciated as this is getting quite annoying at this point.

did you just pull the motor from the gear box? There is a parking switch in the gear box which keeps power to the motor until the wipers park. The switch on the dash provides power to get the blades out of park and each time they pass the park position. Once out of park the gearbox switch keeps them going as long as they are not in the park position. If this switch is bad they will stop as soon as you turn them off.
