In short, no.
If you're looking to swap, I'd recommend a CSRP OE-style kit. It will bolt on with minimal modifications and work like the factory disc setup. The only thing you need to alter is the brake line routing so you can plumb in a dual-bowl m/c and distribution block/proportioning valve.
