Angry Reliable Brand of Starter Solenoid

I've used NAPA Echlin brand solenoids since my first car back in 1965. The last 3 Echlins have lasted less than 1 year each. From your personal experience, what's the best and most reliable brand(s)? The same for driveshaft pinion seals. What's reliable? Seems my trusted brands have lost QC.

I've stopped buying a lot of NAPA parts. Starters and batteries specifically. Carquest carries a few decent things. For starters, I have a local starter and generator shop that I use.

Should both the front and rear pinion seals be replaced at the same time even if only one is leaking, or is that a matter of personal preference? They were both installed at the same time back in 2009.

I'd only replace the one that's leaking. Not a big to drop the driveline if the other one starts. Might last forever though.
