old 351 Engines

I have a 70 mustang which was a orig 351 w car, but currently has a 302. 25 years ago, I bought a 4 bl Cleveland and a 351 Windsor thinking I would rebuild and transplant into my resto mod.... Many of the machine shops have closed around here and thinking if I did anything, I would likely buy a crate engine as I cant really justify building it myself... been there done that.

Any suggestions as to what to ask for these vintage engines.. they are disassembled and the windsors crank has been turned 10/10 and in a bag,, rest of them need full treatment.

Cleveland is a 71 block the Windsor is a 69 4bl.

Thoughts?

Thx!
