Rust encapsulator Q's
 

Once i get my compressor i was thinking about spraying the under carriage with some black RE. I figure that you must first get all of the dirt and stuff off, but here is my really stupid question. :eek: Can this stuff be sprayed over light surface rust to like block and stop it or do i need to use something else? Thanks for the help!

por 15 sells a kit that includes a metal degreaser,a metal prep and then the encapsulator they claim u can use just the por15 by it self though (paint over rust)
