left side of the roof gets stuck!!

Default left side of the roof gets stuck!!
when i want to pick up the roof the right side goes right up but the left side gets stuck its like it doesnt have enough power to push it up, what would i need to do and if i need to replace something what would it be and how much would it run me!!
