Mine does it on the passenger side, it get's caught on the corner of the plastic behind the rear seats. I took it to the dealer they looked up a TSB and told me it has a ripped seam inside the top that's the cause of the problem. They also said there's a bunch of TSB's about the top, and that I will be getting a new top (as soon as it comes in).

When I put the top down I get out and put that part over the lip my self so it doesn't stretch the headliner.

Do you have a TSB ref or anything for that?

I don't have the TSB number sorry, but the dealer found it while I was standing right there - there were a couple pages he printed out before I even left the car with him. I'll see if I can get it from him when I go in next.

Default RE: cloth gets stuck on way back

Just brought my car in the other day and asked them to look at it and he said there is nothing they can do about it. Also I have a squeky noise coming from the conv top and he said he tightened some stuff and now it is even worse!! I think I am going to go to another Ford Dealership and have them take a look at it. But if you get those pages or anything to help me out, that would be great.
