Are driver's side windows just retarded?
I'm looking to buy my first car (Mustang Convertible FTW) and I've checked out two late 90's models so far- a 97 V6 Convertible and a 99 35th anniversary special edition. The 99 had an exhaust issue, so it's out, but the driver's side window was also broken, and had to have the regulator replaced. I didn't think much of it, but then I found the 97 and called the dealership. It's got the same damned problem! The first dealer said that he thought the top went down an inch or so too far on the left side, causing the issue. Is that a problem with all late 90s convertibles? The coincidence seems to great for me...
