I am looking at options for buying a replacement top for my 95 GT convertible. I am not installing it, will have that done professionally. My question is - has anyone bought a replacement top from an Ebay store. The top I am looking at is Haartz sailcloth w/ heated glass rear window.

Or, does anyone have any suggestions for a good site? I have also looked at convertibletop.com - and the ebay seller appears to be selling the same top as this site, but a nice savings.

a few years back i bought a haartz top off of ebay and everything worked out great. i got a good price on it, and i havent had any problems with it. it has probably been about 5 years that i have had it on.

Thanks for the info - I spoke to my upholsterer and he agrees that it should be fine. I'll post pictures when my car is finished in the spring.
