Hey, I've been reading around here for a while but finally came up with a question that I couldn't find the answer to by searching. I have a 2004 mustang v6 convertible, recently purchased. The car leaks water into the rear convertible well and then into the trunk. I have found and fixed 2 holes using this DIY:

We haven't had any rain since, and so I am hoping that this solved the problem - but I also noticed gaps at the point where my rear side windows meet the convertible top. I'm wondering if these will also leak into the car, or just run straight down and out the bottom. If it is a problem, what can I do to fix it?

O.K. Austin, I'll bite.

The gap at this location is very normal. Don't worry about it. Also, there's an apron that deflects any water down where there is a drain hole anyway.
