Hi I own a 2011 GT Convertible, the connector box for the rear defrost keeps coming off. Dealer has fixed it 3 times already but it keeps happening. I notice when driving with the windows down and roof UP that the rear window vibrates continuously and it is my theory that this shakes off the connector. Dealer says they do not have the "right" glue to hold it in place and are sending me to a window replacement company (G. Lebeau if any of you are in Quebec) to have them try to glue it in place. Have been told that the only other option is to replace the whole roof at a cost of $5000!! My concern is that this keeps happening and now my warranty is over. (Car was a CAP unit so had a limited warranty). Anyone else having this problem and have some other suggestions? Thanks!

That happened on my 2006. Dealer fixed it - twice. The second time they used a part from an Explorer. It didn't hold.

I bought a kit from frostfighter.com and repaired it myself. That held for several years and as far as I know it is still holding (sold the car in June 2012).
