Default Top stopped working yesterday

I have a 1992 LX convertible. I've owned this car for 11 years. About 6 years ago I had the top motor rebuilt and I changed the fluids....been working fine since then. Yesterday I went to put up the top and it wouldn't work. I can hear the relays clicking so I know I have power to there. Have checked all the fuses. I replaced the relays today....nothing changed just clicking. Motor is not leaking fluid. The only thing I noticed was one of the rubber mounts for the motor is missing....not sure if that matters. I have never had to raise the parking brake handle to get the top to move but I tried that and still nothing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Jim

Further to my previous comments I have read in the forums that there is a breaker located under the dash. I looked for it but could not locate. I found a large bundle of wires all grouped together with two 30 amp fuses coming from the bundle. I checked these fuses and they are ok as well.
