Default Wheel/Tire combo

I've been a member on other forums for a while now, but I saw that the last time CC logged in there was over two months ago... so that made me search other forums and I ended up here hoping to get some answers to some questions.

I'm going to change the wheels and tires on my 2009 Mustang GT and the FR500's got my attention. AM is a no go for me so that made me go to you guys. (they don't accept international payments <Credit Cards>, do you?) Apart from payment, I don't need international shipping, unless you guys are able to do that with a good shipping price.

Back to the wheel and tire combo, the color of the wheels and size of the tires I want are not available as a pre made combo but I was able to piece them together in the shopping cart.

I clicked on the option to mount and balance (added $) and added TPMS sensors on the cart and a black lug nut kit, would the all be installed and make the wheels pretty much ready to just install them?

And since I technically would be ordering a wheel and tire package... would it qualify with free mounting and balancing and the extra package discount?

Thanks!
