Speedster Tonneau?

Newbie Stanger here... Anyone know if a single piece speedster tonneau from a '97 will fit on a '99 convertible?

Thanks tons!

I have a 99 convertible and I seriously doubt the design will fit the same. It may fit, but not flush and look the way it's supposed too, since most of them mount using the seat belts.

In addition, all the places I've seen selling them list the tonneau as a different model from 94-98 and 99+.

IMO

cldnails,
Thanks for the info. Do you have the hard tonneau or soft? I checked ABCexclusive.com and they have the hard tonneau I'm looking at for '94-'04. I think I might go with that. You can never tell about used stuff.

Do you get a lot of use out of yours and does it seem to help the aerodynamics with the top down?

Unfortunately I don't have one yet so I couldn't answer your questions. I just know from looking around at websites. Suggestions on where to look: www.cervinis.com www.mrbodykit.com

RE: Speedster Tonneau?

I bought a new speedster cover from a guy that designed a new mustang retro and the cover was for the 98 body style. It fit both a 2000 gt and a 2001 cobra. The seat belt buckles are different. Mine was a Saleen brand. I'd like to sell the speedster cover. It's unpainted and swapped for the newer seatbelts.. The cover also has cutouts for a lightbar.
