Is the polish what makes the gloss on the car or the wax? I really want to get a very high shine on my car. I bought it used, But I want to make it look better than new.

Great Q&A section, but the article mentions other articles, such as How to Clay Your Car, that I can't seem to find. Can anyone help me here? Loved the first part, and I know the rest would help out just as much.

great writeup! how many people in here use zaino and how many use tropicare products? I'm just wondering because I've used the zaino products, but people I speak with talk so highy about the tropicare products

I have always used Klasse + their sealant. NEVER use claybar. I have been pretty lazy of late and decided to take my ride to Ziebart for exterior and interior detailing at cost of 172.49 incl tax. When I did myself, it was every 6 months as found that is all it required with Klasse. It got through the salt season just fine. Ziebart Exterior application is like glass with mirror shine and now will see how long it will last through auto car wash once a month summer and 2x's winter per month. Hoping to last for a year @ 80.00 per exterior treatment. Had my wife's vehicle done by Ziebart a month ago. I'm no longer a DIY!
