Default Spots

I just took over payments on my fathers truck which was not washed very much. If you look close it has little spots almost look like water spots all over the truck. Windows it shows even more. I was curious if you guys know of any way to remove these, its kinda iratating me. On the windows iv tried all the window products I have. I just hope that it dosnt resort to me having to use my orbital on the whole truck(four door 2500 is a lot of surface to polish). Any ideas will be great thanks you.

A very fine steel wool should take the spots out of the glass. I know the feeling about large surface areas to polish. I have a Truck with a 10 x 24 foot fiberglass box that I have to get busy on. I know I won't be able to do it all in one day.
