Default Scratches and scuffs.

My mustang is white. Looks great when clean but worst color when dirty. Every scuff or scratch stands out.
I have used touch up paint in far to many areas
my question is what would be the best way to clean all the imperfections without a full paint job.

Depends on scratch depth. A detailing shop can cut it for you, that should get those surface scratches, then they'll put on some wax.

Not the cheapest thing, but it's always best to have a pro tackle jobs like that.

IMHO
