Hello, I have. 93 GT. Having issues and I need help. I have had an erratic idle. I smoked the engine and found leaks which I fixed. I put in a new IAC. I can now get the car to idle properly and have done the base idle reset. The problem is when the car heats up, the dual electric fans infront of the radiator turn on and the voltage drops, the idle drops and hunts. After the fans cycle off the idle returns to normal but as soon as they turn back on the same problem persists. Battery tests fine. Is my alternator bad? NEED HELP!!!

I have a drag only mustang (NHRA legal Stocker) and am considering switching to manual brakes. I looked up manual and power brake reservoirs and they both have 0.875 diameter pistons. Mustangs came with manual brakes, did they have a different pedal ratio? How are they both 0.875" pistons??

So, my question is, has anyone done a conversion to manual brakes and are willing to share a bit? My thinking is, if it's the same master cyl on both power and manual applications, I'll pull the booster and make an adapter plate to mount the reservoir, then modify the pedal ratio to get proper braking pressure.

Thoughts??
