Default Becoming a Floridian

title says it, on October 14 i'm leaving from Massachusetts and driving down to Florida. I've already made a few friends through Instagram and Facebook, and it would be cool meeting more of you. i'll be in Boyton Beach for the people in that area, but I'm always up for driving a distance for some mustang fun

That's not far from UPR! There are plenty of weekly meets in that area. You'll love it! And you're coming down at the right time of year. That's when the weather starts getting nice.

Actually, as a person who grew up in the north, I can tell you one thing which surprised me when I moved here- nobody does anything in the summer. It's the rainy season down here. Rains pretty much every day. So up north people look forward to the summer for all of the car shows. Down here, we can wait till summer is over so we can go to all the shows! Basically June-September you can't do much down here.

It's crazy, but I've been here five years now, so I'm used to it. I haven't driven my 5.0 since June, but it's not a big deal because it's been 100° and rainy almost every day since then. LOL! It's just now cooling off here.
