What does it mean when water is coming out of the tailpipes? Most people are telling me i need to get the motor rebuilt. Just wanted to see what some other people think

That's just condensation. Get the engine warmed up and you will see it stop. No biggie.

yeah its not just a little bit, and it is also blowing out some white smoke, i just got this car, it seems as if it is just falling apart at my feet, this is my first mustang so i am pretty much clueless, but trying to learn. and the person who sold me the car unhooked the emergency brake for some odd reason, and now i cannot get even get the car to pass the safty inspection so i can drive it to go get it checked out...
