Default First Ride!

well other than the fact that i learned that manual brakes are hell, everything else went great. First time in four years that i have driven the car. Feels really good when every person you drive past just stares drooling.

Wait till they hang out the windows as they drive past and scream they love your car, or strike up a conversation about whats under the hood at a stop light. Driving around in the old cars always gets someresponse from people, from a thumbs up to chasing me to look at it better and following me to where I am headed just to talk about it.

The best is some middle aged guy in a minivan or econobox with that look that says "I wish I had one of those, or anything like that. I have to drive this pos. I hate my life" Those are the best looks, because you will never be that guy.

Yeah its loads of fun. I swear everytime I take out my 66 Caprice theirs someone yelling something out their window or a saturn next to me at a light revving his engine lol. Always get stopped in parking lots especially if it like autozone or something. Just be careful, the cops also give you a little special attention.

Hopefully when my mustangs done i'll be gettin the same responses with it

That can go both ways. I've made a couple of cop friends with the mustang. Lots of them--at least where im from--are into to the classics.
