Default comments?

Ok so for some time now i've been scheming paint, like everyone else. Although i dont want to go for the original paint, i want something original. I was thinking today and i came up with the idea of a midnight black, with 2 matte black racing stripes. I'm going for the blacked out look yet i still want racing stripes. I think that if done right, it could look really sweet. it would force people to get closer and its almost like a ghost effect. hardly noticable. Any comments, suggestions? Dont worry about hurtin my feelings

I found the 07 Mustang BlackJack, thats almost EXACTLY what i'm talking about. I have black 04 Bullitts which i think will really set the car down sweet.

When I had my white89 5.0, I had light grey "reflective" stripes down the center. At night they just popped out at you...The coolest thing anyone had seen at that time. I was thinking of doing it on mine but there are a couple guys that copied me around here so, no. I think that flat black "reflective" would be amazing if nobody else has them around you..

well you might want to get the body looking PERFECT if youre expecting people to come up close to the car to look at the paint.

pictures are crap quality. Search around at the forums. There was someone with the exact same idea and they came up with some pictures (black stripes on black car) ... I'm sure you'll find it

Hi David, now that you say it I remember it was you.
I'm getting a 9" rear from Quick Performance as well with moser axles and Ford racing 3.5 TL center section ... can't wait. It's sailing down the atlantic now.
